Cancellation Policy

The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Please notify me via email at your earliest convenience. With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, your paid deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment date. If you are unwell, please notify me by email as soon as possible. Genuine illness will, of course, be taken into consideration. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior communication, may result in the loss of your deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. Thank you for your understanding. This policy enables me to manage my schedule effectively and continue providing the highest standard of care to all patients.
